Cosy location, positive staff, soft bed. The staff did all they can for a fab stay. The hotel was authentic and the traditional restaurant was great. A nice service and reasonable breakfast. Well-appointed rooms overall and very good value for money.
Internet connection was terrible.

The lobby was inviting and neat. Lots of options, decent food. The room was impeccable, airy with a great view of the sea. The savoury drinks in tapas bar were very welcome.

New-fashioned rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds - fabulous hotel. The place was a short way from Whitby city centre. Perfect view of abbey. They made my stay fantastic...
Unfortunately wi-fi was very poor.
